ESG Framework

OUR ESG initiatives.

  • We continue to support STEM subjects and inspire underrepresented groups into the pharmaceutical sector through strategic collaborations with local Universities and schools.
  • We support community events each year, including Nottingham Festival of Science, Work Placements, and Careers Talks
  • We work extensively with a range of local community groups and charities, both through volunteering and fundraising challenges, to sustain the vital work they do. We match fund donations raised by our employees.
  • A ‘Let’s Be Greener’ forum enables colleagues from across our business to propose green initiatives to reduce energy usage and raise awareness to reduce scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
  • We continue to educate, train and motivate colleagues to work in a safe and environmentally responsible way, and promote a positive safety culture led by various EHS groups and Champions.
  • Our colleagues are provided with 24/7 Colleague Assistance Programs alongside private healthcare/insurance, and regular health and mental health checks
  • We advocate transparent leadership, strong ethics and accountability.
